Hi,
I know its all RNG, but is there really an incentive in going higher in halls of essences? This morning I've been farming Hall of Light B8, got about 20 highs which is almost absurd. Then I decided to try and see if can do B9. Its a bit longer but I can still auto it, problem is I got 0 high essences. Spent about 70 energy in both, whats the point in going higher if they are going to give me worse drops?
Honestly, after you clear them once for the achievement rewards, it's not worth it. I just farm B7 because it costs less energy and the drop pools aren't significantly different.
Yeah, you might have a higher chance at better drops from B10 (though as far as I know there isn't any conclusive evidence of this), but even so the difference is not much. Over time, the lower energy cost and faster clear times of B7 will yield you more than doing B10.
