Anyone have any thoughts on things they'd like added to the list in the other thread? I'd like to create a guide for people who don't know anything about eating disorders or self harm or depression or whatever to have a quick what-not-to-do kind of guide. I HATE hearing the 'Just cheer up!' told to people with depression. What are some things you wish someone had known about your condition?
